DMIC Direct offers truck dispatching services which may include:

• Finding and booking freight loads

• Communicating with brokers or shippers on your behalf

• Dispatching your drivers

• Providing paperwork, invoicing, and back-office support

We do not provide insurance, own trucks, or act as a freight broker.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information

• Maintain valid operating authority (MC/DOT number, insurance, etc.)

• Comply with all applicable FMCSA regulations and industry laws

• Cooperate with dispatchers to ensure timely and professional load handling

4. Payment Terms

• • All fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement (e.g., flat fee or % per load)

  • Payment is due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Load delays, cancellations, or damages caused by carriers, brokers, or third parties

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity

• System interruptions or technical issues on our website

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms

• You fail to pay for services rendered

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected

You may also cancel our services with prior written notice, according to any existing agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United States of America.
